Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Trade Codex for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.
Refund eligibility applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions — within 14 days of the billing date
- Annual subscriptions — within 14 days of the billing date
- First-time purchases and renewals
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tradecodex.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase or renewal
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Processing Timeline
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the billing date
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Multiple refund requests from the same account (pattern of abuse)
- Promotional or discounted plans with explicitly stated no-refund terms
5. Account Status After Refund
Upon refund approval, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all your trade data and basic features available on the Free plan. No data will be deleted as a result of a refund.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free and does not require payment information. No refund is necessary or applicable for the Free plan.
